At Pawfecat, we hope you love what you ordered! Cats are not only pets to us but also our family and friends. For their health and safety, please double-check the color and size before placing an order. Let's be responsible for every lovely pet!
🚨 Important
We only provide after-sales support for orders placed directly on our official website: https://pawfecat.com/. If you purchased from a third-party retailer, please contact them for assistance.
30-Day Returns
Return Requirements:
To qualify for a return, items must:
✔ Returns must be initiated within 30 days from the date of delivery.
✔ Proof of purchase (e.g. order number or receipt) is required.
✔ Be in original condition (unused, with tags)
✔ Include original packaging, accessories, user manual, and any promotional gifts
✔ Be pre-approved by our customer service before returning
Return Shipping:
Pawfecat will cover the shipping costs for returns related to product quality issues.
For non-quality-related returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds cover the product price only (excluding shipping fees).
Non-Returnable Items:
- All custom products or special orders do not support returns.
- All Clearance Items are Final Sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Items missing original packaging or with severe packaging damage
- Products damaged due to misuse or accidents.
Refund Policy
Once we receive your returned item, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days. The refund will be credited back to your original payment account.
If you paid by debit or credit card, please allow up to 30 days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank's processing time.
If your Pawfecat product was purchased through a third-party retailer, please contact the original seller directly to arrange your return and refund.
How to Request a Return
1. Contact Us
Email service@pawfecat.com within 30 days of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number
- Reason for return
- Proof of purchase
- Photos or videos (required for damaged or defective items, showing the product and original packaging)
2. Get Return Instructions
If your return is approved, we will provide:
- A prepaid return label (for quality-related issues), or
- Self-shipping instructions (for non-quality returns)
3. Ship Your Item Back
To ensure your return can be processed:
- Include all original accessories
- Provide your return tracking number to our support team once shipped
⚠️ Returns without a tracking number may not be identified by our warehouse and cannot be refunded.
4. Inspection & Refund
Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
🔔 Important
A valid tracking number is required for all returns.
Unidentified packages may be rejected or disposed of, and refunds will not be issued.
